Prodermic 435 is a medium-depth multi-agent depigmentation system designed for resistant melasma and deep PIH that superficial peels cannot address. The MTP⁹ Complex combines Mandelic Acid (20%) for deep lipophilic penetration, TCA (15%) for controlled medium-depth coagulative necrosis, and Phenol (8%) for protein denaturation and deep restructuring. Glycolic + Salicylic provide dual AHA/BHA surface exfoliation, while Ferulic + Vitamin C deliver an antioxidant cascade. Phytic Acid chelates iron-mediated oxidation and Retinol accelerates epidermal turnover. Total active load: ~58% across 9 agents. For experienced practitioners only. ~6-8 sessions per 30ml jar.

MTP⁹ Complex — 9-agent medium-depth depigmentation system anchored by Mandelic-TCA-Phenol triad with antioxidant support.
Recommended sequence for prodermic 435. Frequency: 2-3 sessions, 21-28 day intervals.
Recalcitrant melasma, deep PIH resistant to superficial peels, solar lentigines, moderate photodamage in Fitz II-IV
If desired results are not achieved, it does not indicate the peel is ineffective—it may simply mean that the skin has a higher tolerance to the current formulation. In such cases, consider transitioning to a stronger peel, applying multiple coats, or increasing the application time in subsequent sessions.
