Prodermic 435 is a medium-depth multi-agent depigmentation system designed for resistant melasma and deep PIH that superficial peels cannot address. Recommended sequence for prodermic 435. Frequency: 2-3 sessions, 21-28 day intervals.
Recalcitrant melasma, deep PIH resistant to superficial peels, solar lentigines, moderate photodamage in Fitz II-IV
If desired results are not achieved, it does not indicate the peel is ineffective—it may simply mean that the skin has a higher tolerance to the current formulation. In such cases, consider transitioning to a stronger peel, applying multiple coats, or increasing the application time in subsequent sessions.
