Domestic Shipping (India)
We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery times may vary based on location:
- Metro Cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad — fastest delivery
- Tier 2 Cities: Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, etc. — 1-2 additional days
- Remote Areas: May require 2-4 additional business days
International Shipping
Currently, we ship to select international destinations. Please contact us for international shipping availability and rates.
Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next business day
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
- Not damaged or tampered with
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products past their expiration date
- Customized or special-order items
- Sample or promotional items
How to Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email returns@prodermic.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items with the RMA number visible and ship to the provided address.
Refund Processed: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after return is received
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- No need to return damaged items — we'll guide you on proper disposal
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures faster processing and allows you to receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
