Composition

IngredientConcentrationRole
Glycolic Acid (20%)Primary keratolytic — disrupts intercellular bonds for controlled exfoliation, stimulates fibroblast activity and collagen remodeling
Arginine (20%)Amino acid buffer controlling acid penetration depth, supports cellular metabolism and endogenous collagen production
Lactic Acid (20%)Hydrating AHA that exfoliates the stratum corneum while maintaining moisture barrier — prevents post-peel dehydration
Mandelic Acid (10%)Large-molecule AHA with slower, more uniform penetration — excellent for sensitive and darker skin types, anti-bacterial
Kojic Acid (5%)Tyrosinase inhibitor that addresses age-related pigment irregularities and sun spots
Citric AcidAntioxidant AHA that brightens, adjusts formulation pH, and supports cell turnover at the basal layer

Procedure

  1. 01

    Cleanse & Degrease

    3–4 min

Double-cleanse with micellar water followed by pre-peel degreasing solution. Apply degreaser with gauze in upward strokes to remove all surface oils and residue.

    • Mature skin may be drier — ensure degreasing is thorough but not overly aggressive. Air-dry for 30 seconds.
  2. 02

    Patch Test (First Session)

    10 min

Apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner forearm. Observe for 10 minutes for any adverse reaction.

    • Essential for patients over 50 or those with sensitized/thin skin. Document in patient chart.
  3. 03

    Apply prodermic 560

    3–5 min

Using a fan brush, apply a thin, uniform layer. Work systematically: forehead → cheeks → jawline → chin → nasolabial folds. Avoid eyelids and lips. For neck/décolletage: apply after facial assessment.

    • Total active: 78% (highest in range). The arginine buffer moderates penetration, making this potent formula well-tolerated. Start conservatively.
  4. 04

    Monitor & Titrate

    8–25 min

Observe continuously. Target: uniform mild erythema with slight tightening sensation. The six-acid system works synergistically — response builds gradually. Watch for frosting or excessive redness, especially around eyes and nasolabial folds.

    • Session 1: 8–12 min. Session 2: 12–18 min. Session 3+: up to 20–25 min. Mature skin may respond faster — titrate carefully.
  5. 05

    Neutralize

    3–4 min

Apply neutralizer (sodium bicarbonate solution or prodermic neutralizer) generously across all treated areas. Remove residue with damp gauze. Rinse with cold water.

    • With 6 active agents, thorough neutralization is critical. Double-check neck and jawline areas where product may pool.
  6. 06

    Post-Peel Recovery & Discharge

    3–5 min

Apply recovery balm or peptide-enriched moisturizer. Layer with SPF 50+ sunscreen. Provide written post-care instructions with emphasis on collagen-building home care.

    • Recommend prodermic CPT.sr (Peptide Serum) for home care to synergize with in-clinic collagen stimulation.

Post-procedure

Daily regimen
Day 0Peel Day Recovery balm applied. No actives, makeup, or sun exposure for remainder of day. Skin may feel tight — this is normal.
Days 1–2Tightness Phase Skin taut and dry. Gentle cleanser 2x daily. Rich moisturizer or peptide cream 3–4x daily. SPF 50+ mandatory.
Days 3–5Peeling Phase Moderate flaking expected (hexa-acid formula produces more visible peeling). Do NOT force peeling. Intensive moisturization.
Days 5–7Renewal Fresh, firmer skin emerging. Resume light makeup. May begin peptide serum (CPT.sr) on Day 7.
Days 7–21Between Sessions SPF 50+ daily. Peptide serum AM/PM for collagen support. Avoid AHAs and retinoids until next scheduled session.
